CasaXPS Release 2.3.13

The CasaXPS zip file includes:

1. Release Version 2.3.13 executable.
2. Scofield cross-section libraries.
3. Complete set of html help files (CasaXPS.HLP directory), which can be viewed from the Help option on the Help menu in CasaXPS.
4. Example directory for use with batch processing data (CasaXPS.BAT).
5. Example directory containing default settings for CasaXPS (CasaXPS.DEF).
